Worst place ever to live. Landlord refuses to do repairs, barely maintains the roads. Only time you see him is when he wants the rent. Only has one maintenance person, who while a nice person you are not able to call for help have to drive around looking for him. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Worst trailer park ever!!! Not only is the place not maintained but there's more drugs in there than Philadelphia.
